Our general terms and conditions form the basis of all offers and agreements as well as the services based on them for the entire range of courses offered by Chaim Gebber-Open Scene GbR.
§1 General: Registration and prices
§2 Participation options and payment
Registration for all classes is currently only possible online via the Fitogram booking tool or via the Urban Sports Club application.
2.workshops
The registration is currently made via e-mail. Discounts can be granted up to a certain deadline. If the number of participants is exceeded, for waiting list places where participation is no longer possible, or if Chaim Gebber-Open Scene GbR cancels the workshop, the entire amount will be refunded.
§3 Vacation and sick leave
We reserve the right to change a teacher.
If Chaim Gebber-Open Scene GbR cancels the workshop, the entire amount will be refunded.
§4 Cancellation Conditions
Chaim Gebber-Open Scene GbR reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel events and classes for reasons for which it is not responsible (e.g. if the number of participants is too low or as a result of force majeure, such as the teacher becoming ill without possibility of replacement).
If an event or class cannot take place, the participant will be refunded the credit in Fitogram. The corresponding conditions of Urban Sports GmbH apply to Urban Sports Club members.
1. classes
Cancellation for a class that has already been booked is possible by e-mail or telephone and free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the class. After this time, the credit / amount for booking the dance class will be retained.
2. workshops
A cancellation can only be made via e-mail to opensceneberlin@gmail.com up to four weeks in advance, in which case 25% of the fees paid will be retained, two weeks before 50%, after that 100% will be retained. Any expenses already incurred for attending the workshop (travel, accommodation costs, etc.) cannot be reimbursed. We recommend seminar and travel cancellation insurance.

The event documents and resulting teaching materials are protected by copyright. This also affects the documents and summaries collected during the event. Any type of duplication, transfer to third parties or other use that goes beyond the personal information of the participants requires the prior written consent of Chaim Gebber-Open Scene GbR.

§8 Image and sound recordings
In the event that image and/or sound recordings are made by persons authorized by Chaim Gebber-Open Scene GbR as part of the CBS classes, workshops and events, the participants agree that they may be recorded in image and word and that these Recordings may be published, broadcast and reproduced in analogue or digital form without any entitlement to compensation in terms of time and space. If a person does not want to be shown, this must be noted with the person taking the photograph or film before the picture is taken. In this case, photos and videos showing the person in question will not be published.
§9 Newsletter
On the basis of your expressly given consent, we will regularly send you our newsletter or comparable information by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. To receive the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide your e-mail address. When registering to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for sending the newsletter at any time per e-mail at opensceneberlin@gmail.com.

§11 anti-discrimination clause
Chaim Gebber-Open Scene GbR rejects any form of discrimination and is conceptually and programmatically committed to diversity and awareness. Discrimination occurs if a person, based on gender, gender identity or gender expression, a racist or anti-Semitic attribution, a physical or mental disability, external and/or (supposed) cultural characteristics, name, ethnic origin, socio-economic origin, religion and belief, age, sexual orientation or sexual identity is disadvantaged, devalued or degraded. A statement or action is considered racist and/or discriminatory if those affected feel discriminated against or offended by it and a connection can be made between the statement and the definition of discrimination on which this clause is based. Regardless of their nationality, people in Germany are protected from discrimination by the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and the Berlin State Anti-Discrimination Act (LADG). Everyone has the right to take action against discrimination for themselves or others.
§12 Severability Clause
Should a provision of these general terms and conditions be ineffective, this does not affect the legal validity of the remaining terms and conditions.
