BRUTAL proposes a reflection on the mechanisms of violence via physical theatre and multimedia performance to show that prevention is possible. The project researches strategies and social behavior used to promote and justify inflicting harm. By responding to these different strategies, the research aims to provide an embodied understanding of what’s needed to break the cycles of harm.
